Candidate must have good work experience of High Rise Building.
Work experience :
Minimum 8 years for Graduate Engineer as Project Manager (HSE) / Minimum 12 years for Diploma Engineer as Manager (HSE).

Should have done one year full time industrial safety diploma from State board of technical education.
Job Description
- To promote the full implementation of Group Safety Management Systems in all respects to ensure risks to third parties / other contractors are understood and appropriate actions implemented
- To build effective working relationships with the Client, local representatives of agencies including the Health and Safety Executive, environmental agencies, local government, safety management and trade associations and encourage their understanding towards Health and Safety
- To ensure that the responsibilities of the Safety Department are discharged within the business through flexibility and effective resource management.
- To promote a zero tolerance level of unsafe practice through challenge and support where issues are identified.
- To monitor the application of the arrangements defined in health and safety plans and provide safety statistical analysis and reporting to meets the Group and Business Unit targets.
- To ensure appropriate timely investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents including identification of immediate and underlying causes, actions to prevent recurrence and a robust defense of claims
- To promote the development, organization and delivery of health and safety training, instruction and information systems to ensure progress is maintained and barriers to achieving required standards are removed .
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of health and safety matters related to the business.
- To ensure effective implementation of HSE related legislatures, systems and procedures.
