Regional Office Chandigarh of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), applications for the following posts for appointment on direct recruitment basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya under Chandigarh Region :

Lower Division Clerk/Store Keeper (on Direct recruitment basis)
Total Post :  35 (SC - 04, ST -  01, OBC - 13, UR -  17)

• Pay Scale : Rs. 5200- 20200 +1900 (GP)
• Qualification : Sr. Secondary Class XII Certificate or equivalent and  Possessing minimum speed of English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. OR Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. (Skill test will be held on computers only.)
• Age : 18-27 years as on 30/06/2012.

Essential Requirements :

• All Qualified Candidates having valid Score Card issued by IBPS, Mumbai in CWE 2011.
• Computer Knowledge/ Qualifications : Candidates should have a Certificate about working knowledge in Computer
• Proficiency in Official Language : Candidate should have proficiency in the Official Language of the State for which he/ she has applied.
• Candidates should have appeared in CWE from a centre in a State for the vacancies he/she wishes to apply.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Candidates belonging to General and OBC Category have to pay Application Fee Rs. 100/-. Candidates pay fee in the form of Demand Draft and pay in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD need not to pay fee they are exempted from paying fee.
