Job Description Co-Ordination with Facilities Engineering, maintenance, Housekeeping Security and Client to ensure smooth operations
Follow up of each service request/complaints issued to ensure its closure
Provide feedback to the requester on the status of their request.
Key Management of all pedestal drawers, Gents and Ladies Lockers, Storage Cupboards.
To co-ordinate with senior management for Client visit.
Housekeeping management.
Arranging event Management
Preparation of reports monthly Call Logs, Inventory Reports for all of the materials which used in the Facility
Allotting the Port, Cabins for the Visitors, Clients, Associates
Arranging the meeting set up.
Prepare monthly stationery consumption reports as per process.
Relevant Experience Customer Services or Help Desk.
Able to speak in English language fluently.
Computer Knowledge Must (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)
Generating reports day to day and sending to the reporting manager and as well client.
Ready to work in shifts.
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
DOCTORATE - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Compensation: INR 1,75,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. Rs.14,000/- in hand p.m. and Pf,esi,bonus & Leave will paid extra.
