| Job Description | Test Automation, Pre and Post Si Bring up of multi-mode 3G/4G Modem ASICs . Essential Functions Will be responsible for working with System Architects and ASIC Architects to define and design Engineering functional test setup, Test Automation including board design, FPGA design and support Pre and Post Silicon bring up of Embedded mobile SoCs Responsibilities include - Board requirement specification, support board design, schematic & layout review of boards. Performance measurements of DDR interface, USB, SD interface and Analog and RF circuits. FPGA block development, verification (including test bench setup), synthesis and integration. Support Pre-silicon validation using Emulation and Custom FPGA boards. Microcontroller and FPGA based Linux SBC development for test automation. Interface of Instrument using GPIB, USB and Ethernet using Linux/Matlab/Labview. Support package design, substrate layout review, Si Simulation and PDN simulation. Post Silicon bring-up, debug support of the design on both ATE and lab environments |
| Desired Profile | Excellent board design skills. Familiarity with Pre and Post Silicon validation and debug Familiarity with FPGA based RTL Level Logic design, simulation and debug environments. Experience with performance measurements of Digital, Analog and RF circuits. Experience with advanced interfaces like LPDDR, USB/HSIC, SD/MMC, MIPI, Ethernet. Experience with development of automated instrument test setups using GPIB or Serial or Ethernet for post Silicon lab validation. Proficiency with c or assembly level coding. Knowledge in scripting desirable. Familiarity with IC package design. Familiarity with ATE and silicon characterization flow. Should have strong communication, analytical and documentation skills Education Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech + 6-9 years |
