Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualifications : M. E / M. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Production / Manufacturing /Thermal/ CAD-CAM / Design / Material Science. OR B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Technology with two years experience and having high level of zeal and motivation towards innovative research.
Qualification and experience may be relaxed by the Institute at any point of time for otherwise exceptional candidates.
Fellowship/Salary : Rs.18000/- per month
Other Benefits : Accommodation may be available as per the availability and Institutes norms. Eligible candidate may be entitled to register for PhD/M. Tech Program of the Institute as per the Institute norms. Facility of yearly leave, carryover leave, medical benefits etc. may be available as per the applicable rules for project staff.
Age Limit : 35 Years
Project Duration : Appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of one year initially, which may be extended depending on the performance evaluation on yearly basis till the end of project.
Note: (i) No TA/DA will be paid for their appearing in the interview.

(vi) Applicants in employment (private, government or any other organization) are required to submit a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer at the time of interview.
