Assistant Manager (HRD) – 03
Qualification : Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma of Two years (Full time) duration in personnel Management/ Industrial Relations & welfare/ HRD/ HRM/ PM & IR/ MBA with specialisation in HRD or Personnel Management from recognised institute of repute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.Pay Scale : Rs.9300–34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Age limit : 33 years
Assistant Manager (Finance) – 03
Qualification : Degree in any discipline with ACA/ AICWA/ MBA(Finance) from XLRI, IIMs or XIMB for candidates belonging to General and SEBC category. For candidates belonging to SC & ST category, the minimum qualification is Degree in any discipline with MBA(Finance) f r om a University or Institution of repute.Pay Scale : Rs.9300–34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
