(ii)possessing degree from a recognized university

Principal Private Secretary

(i) Officers of Central and State Government/Central and State PSUs /Central and State autonomous/statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field of  Stenography line; orofficers in other Central /State Govt. offices with 5 years regular service as Steno Grade ‘A&B’ (merged) in the parent cadre or department; and
(ii)Knowledge of computers

(i)Assistant of Central Secretariat/ Officers of the Central/State Government/Central and State PSUs /Central and State autonomous/statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field; or 6 years    experience in the relevant field in the  grade of Upper Division Clerk in the Pay Band 1 with grade pay of Rs.  2,800 or equivalent  or above in aforesaid offices ;
 ii) Having undergone training in Cash and Accounts in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent;and
(iii)possessing degree from a recognized university.
Private Secretary

Field Officer

(i)Officers of Central and State Government/Central and State PSUs /Central and State autonomous/statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field; or 5 years of  experience in the relevant field in the  Pay Band 1 with grade pay of Rs.  2,400 or equivalent or above; and
(ii)possessing qualification of inter/10+2 passed  from Science stream from recognized university/board
PA/Steno.
