Direct applicant, employee, contingent worker creation. Set up knowledge of salary standards, Setting up career management, etc.
Payroll - Set up knowledge of complete payroll module, setting up different compensation rules, understanding the fast formulas, process integration of HR to payroll, Good experience of (Payroll and HR) upgrade from Release 11i to Rel 12.
Relevant Exp on Apps HRMS should be atleast 1 year
