Location : Kolkata
Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Welfare/DSW from a recognized University/Institute. A Degree in Law is preferable.
Experience: Having 5/7 years experience in handling Factory Laws & Rules out of which 3 years in Junior Management position in Personnel/Industrial Relation functions in a large industrial undertaking preferably in PSU.
Responsibility: Shall be responsible for all personnel/establishment/IR/Administration/ Legal and other allied matters of Corporate Office/ Factory as the case may be.
Age limit: Not exceeding 35/40 yrs (Age relaxation by 5 years for SC / ST)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 6,550 – 200 – 11,350/- or Rs. 8,600 – 250 – 14,600/-
Gross Min.: Rs. 20,120/- or Rs. 26,324/-

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/Govt. approved polytechnic.
Experience: The incumbent must have minimum 2/3 years experience preferably in a chemical /pharmaceutical plant.
Responsibility: Execution of Project work, Operation of utilities like Boiler, Chilling plant, Water treatment Plant, Air conditioning system etc.
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 yrs (Age relaxation by 5 years for SC / ST)
