Educational Requirements: A
good Master’s degree, should have passed either departmental
examination in accounts conducted by the Comptroller & Auditor
General of India, Controller General of Accounts, Accounts Department of
the Ministry of Railways or Accounts Department of Posts &
Telegraphs Department
Experience Requirements: should
have at least 5 years experience of finalization of accounts,
exercising financial control, compilation of budget etc., at least at
section officer’s level in the national research concils, universities
or autonomous research institutions set by the Government.
