Essential Qualificaiton (s)
|
A. EDUCATIONAL Degree in Textiles Chemistry or Chemical Technology of a recognized University or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE Seven years experience in a responsible capacity as a Dyer, Bleacher or Finisher in a textile processing factory or establishment or institute. Note Responsible capacity means Working as shift in-charge or in a supervisory capacity in the Textile Processing Bleaching/ Dyeing/ Printing/ Finishing etc. Section/ Deptt./ House. |

Desirable Qualificaiton (s)
|
i Knowledge of preparation of dyes and intermediates. ii Knowledge of processing and dyeing of fabrics other than textile. |

Duty(ies)
|
To be in charge of Weavers Service Centre and attend to all administrative work when required including supervision of day to day work of Dyeing and Printing Section of the Centre. To undertake experimental work in the dyeing of all type of yarn and dyeing, printing and finishing of all kinds of fabrics. To survey the dyeing, printing and finishing units in the handloom industry, examine their technical performance make recommendation for rectifiying defects for improving their working. |
