The Institute of Microbial Technology, a constituent establishment of
the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India,
wishes to recruit Senior Project Fellow and Project Fellows on
temporary basis to work in various CSIR Network projects (Under 12th
Five year Plan) as per details given below. Accordingly, a Panel of
suitable candidates will be made, which will be operative for a maximum
period of one year from the date of interview:1. Project Fellows
Essential Qualification: M.Sc 1st class in Chemistry, Physics, Life Science or Biology discipline such as Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Bio-informatics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, B.Tech (Biotech/Bio Chem.Engg).
Desirable: Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above .
Stipend: Rs.16,000/- plus 20% HRA p.m.
Age limit : 28 years as on 30.08.2012
2. Senior Project Fellows
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. 1st class in Chemistry, Physics, Life Science or Biology discipline such as Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Bio-informatics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, B.Tech (Biotech/Bio Chem.Engg) with minimum2 years research experience.
Desirable: Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above
Stipend: - Rs. 18,000/- + HRA @ 20%
Age limit : - 32 years as on 30.08.2012 (Relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped will be as per GOI Rules).
Walk-in-interview on 30.08.2012 (Thursday) at 09.30 A.M. (Sharp) in the Seminar Hall of this Institute along with complete bio-data duly signed affixed with latest passport size photograph and also enclosing photocopies of certificates/testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc. Original certificates are also to be produced at the time of interview. No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
Note: Result awaited candidates are not eligible for interview and Candidates turn up after 11.00 A.M on the date of interview will not be allowed
